We’ve been an ICR customer for over 10 years. They provide an excellent service at a fair price.

Last spring I called ICR for toner for my Lexmark printer. Upon delivering it, Bill Fraser tuned up our printer and removed all of the empty toner we had for recycling. Several days later Bill called asking if any of our staff had lost a ring. Six months previously I had lost my diamond engagement ring and had given up hope that it would be found. Turns out ICR staff found the ring while recycling the old cartridges. Bill knew exactly where the box had come from. I believe I would never have seen my ring again had we been doing business with any other company.
